Is anyone out there?

I totally don’t blame anyone who has abandoned ship. I stopped posting in October with the full intent on creating a bigger, better, self-hosted blog. Well, life got in the way and the creation of the new blog took the back seat. So, here it is February…and I still plan to create a bigger,better blog. I have some great pictures that I can’t wait to share. Check back in a week or so for the new blog info.

Homecoming

Last night was Alyssa’s homecoming dance.  She looked sooooo pretty!  Unfortunately she really didn’t have time for photos.  You guys know me…I made sure I got a few.  I personally don’t see anything wrong with a Mom acting like paparazzi, chasing her child down, in an attempt to grab a photo.   I managed to get a shot of the dress on her way out…

And to make me  happy she willingly posed for the following 2 photos.  Check out her GORGEOUS eyes!

We’re Back

Finally, a month after a bad lightening storm…We’re Back!!!

I’ve missed having the internet and I’ve missed my little blog.

Many things have happened over the past month and I have lots to blog about.  I decided a great way to rejoin the blogging world would be to post some photos of my BEAST of a son.  Kai has been kicking some butt on the football field.  As of yesterday his team is 3-1.  Kai’s primary position is Defensive End.  He’s on Special Teams and sometimes plays Linebacker.

My pretty little princess has become a beautiful young lady.

Watching my children grow up is such an amazing journey.  No matter how old they are, they will always be my babies.

The 4th…Finally

I have wanted to post some photos from the 4th for quite some time now.  I just now got around to downloading them.  We all had an awesome time at TT & John’s culdesac party.  There were more people than I could count, more food than everyone could eat, water slides, swimming pools and fireworks which all = LOTS of FUN!

First Time on the St Johns

I’m behind on posting again.    Hopefully one day I’ll get better at blogging.

Last month we took Peyton on TT and John’s boat for the first time.  She looked soooo cute in her infant life jacket (you’ll have to take my word for it because all of the boat pictures are on TT’s camera. )  I thought she might be scared on the boat, but she was a real trooper.  Believe it or not, she fell asleep about 10 minutes into the boat ride.  We stopped in Fernandina for some yummy cuban sandwiches at Cafe’ Caribou then headed to the sandbar.  As you can see Kai and John had a blast.

And Peyton, loved the sand.

The water, well, it wasn’t a big hit with her…even with  Kai trying to convince her it was just a big bath.
